La Cour could easily be voted the most picturesque airstrip beach in the world. With the glimmering turquoise ocean in the front and the green grass airstrip in the back, this beach gives visitors a perfect first impression of the island. Plenty of violet blooming Beach Morning Glories and Vouloutye bushes grow along the shore line. Only a few large granite rocks divide La Cour from Anse Bambous. Several breakwaters provide safe swimming conditions.
